My boss was actually really supportive, and we came up with a plan for me to take on more responsibility. I even started taking an online course to improve my skills. And finally, I got promoted because of my better performance.
So, yeah, that’s my 316 story. It’s not magic, but it was a really cool way to shake things up in my life. I saw the number, I paid attention, I took action, and I saw results. I learned that sometimes, a little nudge is all you need to get unstuck and start moving forward. It’s like the universe, or whatever, was giving me a little high-five, saying “You got this!” And you know what? I think I do.
