Hey everyone, today I want to share something I’ve been messing around with lately. It’s this whole astrology thing, specifically looking at how planets align between two people’s charts. I’ve been digging into this concept called “Lilith conjunct Venus” in synastry. Yeah, sounds like a mouthful, right?
So, I started by reading up on what Lilith and Venus mean in astrology. Apparently, Venus is all about love, beauty, and harmony – you know, the good stuff. Lilith, on the other hand, is a bit more complicated. Some say she represents our hidden desires, the raw, untamed parts of ourselves. When these two meet up in a synastry chart, things can get pretty intense.
I decided to look at my own synastry chart with someone I know who has a, let’s just say, “complicated” relationship with me. To do this, I used one of those free online tools where you just enter your birth details and it spits out your charts. And guess what? Our charts showed Lilith conjunct Venus. No wonder things always felt so intense and, at times, a little chaotic with them.
I dove deeper into what this aspect means. I read that it can indicate a magnetic attraction, a pull that’s hard to resist. It’s like you’re drawn to each other, even if you know it might not be the most peaceful or harmonious connection. This made a lot of sense in our case. I always felt this strong pull towards them, even when things were rocky. I explored Lilith and Venus separately.
It also said that this aspect can bring up themes of power dynamics and control. One person might feel like they have more control, or there might be a struggle for dominance. Again, this resonated with my experience. We often found ourselves in these weird power struggles, even over small things. I found myself lost in these intense struggles.
- Experimented with different people’s charts: I plugged in the birth details of some friends and family members, just to see if this aspect showed up in other relationships.
- Compared the Lilith-Venus conjunction to other aspects: I looked at how this conjunction played out in relation to other planetary alignments in the charts.
- Reflected on personal experiences: I spent some time thinking about how these astrological insights matched up with my real-life experiences in these relationships.
But it’s not all doom and gloom. Some interpretations suggest that this aspect can also lead to deep transformation and growth. By facing the darker, more hidden parts of ourselves, we can learn a lot about who we are and what we truly desire. I started to see some truth in this as well. The intensity of the relationship did push me to confront some of my own issues and insecurities. I wanted to try my best to learn more about it.
Now, I’m not saying that astrology is the be-all and end-all. It’s just one way of looking at relationships and understanding the dynamics at play. But I found it to be a pretty interesting tool for self-reflection. It gave me a new perspective on this particular relationship and helped me understand some of the patterns that kept repeating themselves.
I’m still learning about all this stuff, and I’m definitely no expert. But I thought I’d share my little experiment with you all. Maybe it’ll inspire you to look into your own synastry charts and see what kind of planetary shenanigans are going on in your relationships. You never know what you might find!
