Okay, so the other day I got into this whole tarot thing. I was curious, you know, and wanted to try out a simple yes or no reading. I figured, why not? Let’s give it a shot. I found this “7 tarot yes or no” method online and decided to go for it.
First, I grabbed my tarot deck. It’s a pretty standard Rider-Waite deck I picked up a while back. I made sure I was in a quiet room, you know, to kind of get in the zone. I took a few deep breaths to calm my nerves a bit. Then, I started shuffling the cards. While I was shuffling, I focused on my question. I mean, really focused. I wanted a simple yes or no answer, nothing too complicated.
After shuffling for a while, I felt like it was time to stop. I cut the deck into three piles and then put them back together. It felt right, you know? Then, I laid out seven cards face down in a row.
My Cards and Their Meanings
- Card 1: The Magician. Upright. This one’s usually a yes, from what I gathered.
- Card 2: The Lovers. Also upright. Another strong yes, I thought.
- Card 3: Three of Cups. Upright again. This seemed like another yes to me.
- Card 4: Five of Swords. Reversed. From what I read, this one is kind of tricky but leaned towards a no.
- Card 5: The Chariot. Upright. A solid yes. Things were looking good.
- Card 6: Eight of Wands. Reversed. Okay, this one’s a no.
- Card 7: Ace of Pentacles. Upright. And we’re back to a yes.
So, I had five yes cards and two no cards. It seemed pretty clear to me. I counted them a couple of times, just to be sure. Five to two, that’s a definite yes in my book. I felt a sense of relief, to be honest. It was a positive outcome to what I was asking.
I gathered up the cards, shuffled them again, and put them back in their box. It was a cool experience, I gotta say. Doing this reading, it felt like I was tapping into something, you know? Anyway, that’s how I did my 7 tarot yes or no reading. I think I will do that again.
